Our wines are crafted to reflect the purest expression of soil and climate from the Alexander Valley.

We are proud to craft wines that are sourced 100% from our Lyon and Cisne vineyards. We strive to grow grapes that truly capture the essence of flavors derived from our unique Alexander Valley terroir. Of special distinction are our seven and a half acres are 50+ years old Sauvignon Blanc vines and six acres of 50+ year old Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which consistently win awards and high scores for our long standing winery customers.

We are constantly striving to improve our vines and soils in order to produce wines with maximum quality and flavor. As part of this ongoing effort, we made the important decision to convert all of our 133 acres of vineyards to Biodynamic farming. Our reasoning for this undertaking is simple; protect and noiurish the land and vines and in turn it will yield the best quality fruit. In addition to our commitment to our land and local ecosystems, we are also making our wines within the Alexander Valley and using a local cooper for our barrels, thereby reducing our carbon footprint.

A history rich in passionate winemaking

Although we are a new wine brand we are not new to winemaking. Our founder, Mark Lyon, has been crafting award-winning wines for over 30 years. Mark’s career in winemaking is filled with accolades and achievements, and still to this day, Mark brings a sense of unbridled passion and enthusiasm to each vintage he crafts. Many of the winemaking techniques Mark employs have been derived from wineries Mark has visited over the years in the Bordeaux and Burgundy regions of France. The resulting wines are a highly successful blend of new and old world winemaking traditions.

In the end, we hope that each and every person who enjoy our wines can truly feel the unique combination of Terrior and winemaking passion found in every vintage we create.
